Please note that despite our best efforts, the prices and other information stated for the products appearing on our websites, catalogs or social media, may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions.  We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information, including any price, description, image or availability of a product.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, with no further obligation to you, including after you have submitted your order.  We apologize for any inconvenience.


Pricing, availability and order limitations

Please note that our prices and promotions are subject to change, and will sometimes vary among our websites and catalogs. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any order, and to refuse any order above that limit.  No rain checks.  We do not accept orders submited through the mail or COD orders.  We reserve the right to refuse to sell to dealers or resellers.  All prices are in US Dollars.

Returning Merchandise

Please call us at (888) 516-1750, +1(407) 706-0321. Please note, American Tackle will not accept returned merchandise without prior notification  of your intent to return an item.   Returned merchandise must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. 

All returns must be in original packaging, new and resellable condition.

American Tackle Company reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit for returned items.

Shipping for returned merchandise must be prepaid by the customer.

Special orders, special promotions may not be returned.


Damaged Packages

If the package was damaged in shipping please make sure the driver notes the damage on the delivery ticket.  Save all original damaged packaging material and merchandise for the carrier to inspect.


At the American Tackle Company we strive to provide our customers and ProStaff with the highest quality products available and the best customer service possible. Our products are warrantied against manufacturer defect and are limited to the actual product and it does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or any other type of damage resulting from normal intended use.

These warranties only extend to cover damage and manufacture defect in material or workmanship. It does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or tampering with the product.

In some cases non-American Tackle products may be covered under the product's brand/manufacturer warranty which American Tackle is not authorized to service.

Shipping Damage or Shortage 

All claims for damaged goods or shortage must be made within three days of receipt of merchandise.

Store Pickup 

For domestic orders, we have made 'Store Pickup' a free shipping option available to customers. Orders that select 'Store Pickup' during checkout must be picked up from our Oviedo, FL location within 14 days from the date the order was placed.

'Store Pickup' orders not picked up within the given time frame will be restocked with a 20% restocking fee.  


No returns will be accepted without authorization and a return authorization number issued. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Approved returns with merchandise not in original condition are subject to a rework fee.

Coupon Codes

Only one coupon code may be applied per order.  Not all coupon codes are applicable to all brands & manufacturers.  Please check individual offer for full details or call (888) 516-1750 or Int'l +1(407)706-0321.

Clearance, Liquidation or Closeout Items

All sales of closeout or liquidation items are considered final.  Returns will not be accepted unless an item has been deemed manufacturer defect.
